Alex O’Loughlin Weekly FanArt Wall

Wednesday is here again and that means a couple of things; it is hump day for most and it is Alex O’Loughlin Whimsical Wednesday fanart day for all. The creators once again have done a great job presenting Alex in many different imaginative manners and our role is just to share them with you. So with no further adieu, lets take a stroll in the gallery.

Let’s start with Gaby who did this side by side of a couple of the most sexiest shots of the oh so famous GQ Magazine shoot. These pics are always fan favorites and two in one next to each other is just sexy overdrive. She also made some of her great adaptations including some nice fades.

This next one is sure to catch your eye as the concept of moving pictures comes to life. It is Moonlight Mick in motion. Pretty cool. As Alex stands front and center you can see many scenes from the Moonlight series scrolling in the background.  Her choice of background also makes it complete to highlight each part of the creation magnificently.

Next from Sonni, she stayed along the lines of the sexy theme and came up with some gems. His old rugged look is one of his sexiest to many. In order to make it even look more rugged she added a older ripped out frayed photo look. Very nice.

This other one by Sonni provides the shattered glass effect. Alex can either be looking from the outside in through the broken window at you or you can be looking out to see him. Which way would you prefer? Either way, nice shot.alex o'loughlin fanart

We pulled from the archives to get this one from Silvia. With there being a lot to choose from, we decided the wall this week was a little scarce on McGarrett which is actually a little out of the norm. Therefore we pulled this Steve one for you all bloodied up and ready to take action, but not sure which way to head based on his surrounding distractions. Hmmm, what should he do?

Bryna provided this Steve and Mick mirror piece. The concept of each of them looking into the future and the past at each other simultaneously in the same stance is pretty deep. Spend some time pondering all of that… The way she flips out the wording of Mirror just drives it deeper. Love the profoundness of this as after all art pieces can represent so much more of a underlying story and this one seems to.

Finally on the last gallery wall, we had this done for you.  It is a hand drawn pic of a a serious vampire. Here is the original pic that it was sourced from.

That is it for the week and as you can see each week seems to be getting better than the last in the gallery. The encouragement of one another and of their individual concepts is neat to see in the fandom. Looking forward to growing that feeling of respect and consideration for years to come.

  1. Well your right, they keep getting better and better! They were all great, but the Mick with the scroll had me captivated!
