Holy macaroni!!!! Here are some pictures of Alex in Three Rivers. Somebody PLEASE call a Dr… preferably Dr. Andy Yablonski!!

THREE RIVERS is a medical drama that goes inside the emotionally complex lives of organ donors, the recipients and the surgeons at the preeminent transplant hospital in the country where every moment counts.  However, dealing with donor families in their darkest hour and managing the fears and concerns of apprehensive recipients takes much more than just a sharp scalpel.  Leading the elite team is Dr. Andy Yablonski (Alex O’Loughlin, pictured above), the highly-skilled workaholic lead organ transplant surgeon, whose good-natured personality and sarcastic wit makes him popular with his patients and colleagues.  His colleagues include Dr. Miranda Foster (Katherine Moennig), a surgical fellow with a rebellious streak and fiery temper who strives to live up to her deceased father’s excellent surgical reputation; Dr. David Lee (Daniel Henney), a womanizing surgical resident who’s broken as many hearts as he’s replaced; Ryan Abbott (Christopher J. Hanke), the inexperienced new transplant coordinator who arranges the intricately choreographed process of quickly and carefully transporting organs from donor to patient; Dr. Sophia Jordan (Julia Ormond), the head of surgery and a dedicated medical professional; and Pam Acosta (Justina Machado), Andy’s no-nonsense operating assistant and best friend.  In this high stakes arena, in which every case is a race against the clock, these tenacious surgeons and medical professionals are the last hope for their patients.  Carol Barbee, Curtis Hanson and Carol Fenelon are the executive producers for CBS Television Studios.

I woulfd love to see Alex in x-men. Him and Hugh would look great together.
But would the poor thing have the time to do it.
At present he is still making the Back up Plan with J-lo. No idea how long a movie takes to make.
If Three Rivers is going to air in September, surely he will only have a small break before he’s off making episodes ready to air for the series. He’s got the pilot of it done. So I imagine that will be the first episode. But there are usualy betwen 16-22 episodes in most seasons of a show.
So he will be busy. Also they ususally have to do some TV work intervies etc to plug the show.
I know for Moonlgiht he went all over the world to promote it.
The poor thing, looks tired ,and as lost weight already. But the 10 months he was out of work may explain for that. No money being earned, and a son in Oz to support would be worrying.

X-Men Origins will have several other movies from what I hear. BUT most of the key players have been cast already…in Wolverine or in the original 3 X-Men movies.. Who are you thinking he should play? Most of the good roles are taken.

How about in Ryan Reynolds spinoff, he plays Deadpool. How about this: Fox is developing “Magneto,” a film about the X-Men villain with a script by Sheldon Turner, and “X-Men: First Class,” which Josh Schwartz is penning. They have to make room for my man Alex. :)

I think it would be awesome but there are only so many x-Men. They can’t make up more (the comic fans would blow a gasket) and most have been cast already or would be to young to be in a prequel.

Natalie, I know who most of the x-men are. Most of the roles have been taken by other actors or they cannot chronologically appear in a prequel…which the origins series is. Do you have a suggestion for a character who has not already already appeared in the first 4 movies?

In an effort to help Alex, I have posted a thread on :
        myspace.com/x-menorigins
Nominating Alex for a role in any future X-Men. Hugh Jackman and Alex are Aussies. Alex looks great without his shirt, so why not? Anyway, please reply on the thread so we can keep it going. Thanks!

How about the character Warpath? He would have to play Apache Native American with superhuman strength and speed. He first was Hellion then switched back to the side of good and joined X-Force.

Will watch Three Rivers because Alex is in it. I’ve heard that X-Men/Wolverine will have a sequel. Alex would be perfect as a supernatural character in the movie. He can do action, he looks great without a shirt (like Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds), and he can act. What more do they want? Is there a way to mobilize Alex’s old Moonlight fan base to get out the word? Alex for X-Men. Has a good ring to it n’est pas?
